And, thank you for completing the survey! Your input will help us make the best arrangements, keep costs down for everyone and plan a great week for all. [If you haven't sent in the survey yet, it's not too late to give us your input, click here]

Specific details, as they become available, can be found in the sections linked-to from the left. But, here's what we're planning at this time:
Dates & General Information:
- The wedding will take place on the evening of Thursday, October 27th, 2005.
- Most guests will arrive in Honolulu (HNL) on either Sat. or Sun., October 22nd or 23rd.
- Most guests will depart the following weekend on either Sat. or Sun., October 29th or 30th.
- We're happy for guests to bring their children and kid-friendly arrangements and activities are being planned for the week.
- Air fares from Boston to Honolulu (HNL) usually run from $600-700, depending when you book it and if you can find any specials. Airfares from other cities of course vary and are usually less. We recommend reserving your air as soon as possible as the cheaper and more convenient flights book up closer to travel dates. Check with orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity as well as your favorite airline site to fnd the best deal.
- The tentative schedule for the week currently looks like this (subject to change), check the Activities page for details as they're added:
- Saturday afternoon/evening :: rest and recuperate on your own
- Sunday afternoon :: beach or tours/activity (details TBD), or on your own
- Sunday evening :: luau at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel (details TBD), or on your own
- Monday afternoon/early evening :: group-wide beach BBQ, location TBD
- Tuesday afternoon/evening :: separate guys' and girls' days (details TBD), or on your own
- Wednesday afternoon :: beach or tours/activity (details TBD), or on your own

- Average temperatures in Hawaii for late October, early November range from 75-85°F (24-30°C). See the General Info section for more on the weather.
- The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Waimea Valley Park, just east of Haleiwa, on the North Shore of the island, about 45 minutes from Honolulu (see the Ceremony & Reception section).
- Some events, including the BBQ and wedding ceremony/reception are located on the North Shore about 45 minutes from Honolulu. It is possible to get around the island by bus but it's not very convenient. Renting or sharing a rental car is highly recommended.
- Once you know your flight and lodging info, please email us with dates, times and locations as we're keeping a database of guests' general info for easier coordination and communication.
- Wedding invitations will be sent out in the next couple of months. We'll ask for the return of RSVP cards earlier than typically expected as we'll need to know final numbers for planning purposes.
- At this time, all details on this site are subject to change. A final schedule, itinerary and information package will be prepared and delivered to everyone before or once on the island (another reason we need to know where you're staying).
- It's going to be a great week! We're very excited, we hope you are too.
